a. Policies

Melbourne Car World launches a very useful policy for the company regarding the level of growth and
the level of customer satisfaction. As is the Company's policies and procedures that emphasize setting
rules of behavior in an organization, explaining the responsibilities of employees and employers. The
policies and policy procedures of the Company apply as a whole in protecting the rights of employees
and business interests. Changes and improvement in organizational clarification in terms of policies are
as follows;

- To manage company data in an effective way systematically for future use.

- To manage customer privacy stated in the rules of privacy measures 1988 and all applicable
provisions governing privacy.

- Emphasizing better company management to increase sales and gain customer satisfaction.

- To manage customer's personal data and handle that individual data carefully by not disclosing
that information to other competitors.

b. Procedures, etc.

- In house training will be provided to employee as per pre-negotiated time and duration of the
training

- Manager sales will be appointed to conduct weekly meeting and log minutes of meeting

- Child care requirements form will be introduced and it will be a compulsory part of the sales
department to discuss if the customer is looking for children in the car
