and one INTERFACING (8) section along cut-off line indicated on Pat-
tern Tissue.

back waistband (8) section. Trim corners, as shown. Fuse, following
manufacturer’s instructions. (Remaining sections will be used as fac-

8. Doblar el borde superior hacia afuera a lo largo de la linea de
doblez. Coser los extremos. Recortar, como se indica.
9. Voltear el borde superior del bolsillo hacia adentro, doblando hacia
adentro los márgenes de costura restantes y las esquinas en diago-
nal. Planchar.
Hilvanar cerca al borde interior planchado.
10. Hacer un PESPUNTE DE ADORNO a lo largo del hilván.
11. Prender con alfileres el bolsillo a la espalda, coincidiendo los
símbolos. COSER EL BORDE sobre los bordes inferior y del costado,
reforzando los extremos superiores.
Modelo B:
12. Para cada bolsillo, coser juntas dos secciones del BOLSILLO (6),
girando por los círculos pequeños interiores y exteriores de la
esquina, dejando una abertura por el borde inferior del costado, como
se indica. Recortar. Hacer un piquete hacia el círculo pequeño interior.
13. Voltear el bolsillo; planchar. Coser la abertura con PUNTO DE
D O B L A D I L L O.
14. Prender con alfileres el bolsillo a la espalda, coincidiendo los
símbolos. COSER EL BORDE sobre los bordes inferior y del costado
hasta los círculos pequeños y grandes, como se indica, reforzando
los extremos superiores.

15. Coser juntos el frente y la espalda por el borde interior de la pierna.
16. Coser la costura de la entrepierna, dejando abierto sobre el cír-
culo grande. Coser nuevamente a 6mm en el margen de costura entre

17. Hilvanar juntos los bordes de la abertura a lo largo de la línea de
costura sobre el círculo grande, como se indica. Planchar
18. NOTA: Puede ser necesario acortar la cremallera. Para hacer un
nuevo tope de cremallera, colocar la cremallera a lo largo del borde
de la abertura (con el tirador a 3mm debajo de la línea de costura).
Marcar la posición del nuevo tope de cremallera. Sobrehilar a través
de los dientes por la marca. Cortar la cremallera a 20mm debajo del
nuevo tope.
19. (A) Abrir la cremallera; colocarla boca abajo en el margen de cos-
tura extendido, colocando el tope de cremallera por el círculo grande
y los dientes de la cremallera en la línea de costura. Hilvanar por el
centro de la cinta de cremallera, manteniendo la espalda suelta.
(B) Cerrar la cremallera; levantar el tirador. Extender la espalda plana.
Hilvanar a unos 6mm de los dientes de cremallera y a través del
borde inferior.
(C) Por afuera, coser a lo largo del hilván a través de todo el grosor,
como se indica, utilizando un pie de cremallera. Retirar el hilván.
20. Prender juntos con alfileres el frente y la espalda por los costa-
dos. Coser.
Modelo C:
21. Derecho con derecho, doblar las PRESILLAS DE CORREA (7) a
lo largo de la línea de doblez. Coser, dejando abierto los extremos.
Recortar.
22. Voltear; planchar. COSER EL BORDE cerca de ambos bordes
largos.
23. Cortar las presillas en cuatro secciones, cada una de 9cm de
largo. NOTA: Se deja el largo extra.
24. Doblar hacia adentro 15mm en un extreme de cada presilla;
planchar. Recortar el margen de costura planchado a 6mm.
25. Prender con alfileres las presillas al short, centrando los
extremos sobre los cuadrados, manteniendo parejos los bordes no
terminados, como se indica. Hilvanar.
Pretina
26. COSER PAR A E MBE BE R el borde superior del short/pantalón.
27. Para la pretina de la espalda izquierda, recortar dos secciones
de la PRETINA DE LA ESPALDA (8) y una sección de ENTRETELA (8)
a lo largo de la línea de corte indicada en la Pieza de Patrón.
28. Prender con alfileres las secciones de la ENTRETELA al revés de
una sección de la PRETINA DEL FRENTE (9), una sección de la preti-
na de la espalda derecha (8) y una sección de la pretina de la espalda
izquierda (8). Recortar las esquinas, como se indica. Adherir, siguien-
do las instrucciones del fabricante. (Las secciones restantes se uti-
lizaran como vistas).
29. Coser las secciones de la pretina de la espalda izquierda y
derecha a la pretina del frente por los costados.
30. Prender con alfileres la pretina al borde superior, coincidiendo los
círculos grandes con los bordes de la abertura. Embeber; hilvanar.
Coser. Recortar. Planchar la costura hacia la pretina.
31. Coser juntas las secciones de la VISTA de la pretina de la espalda (8)
y la VISTA de la pretina del frente (9) por los costados.
Doblar hacia adentro el margen de costura en el borde con corte de la
vista de la pretina. Planchar, embebiendo la amplitud. Recortar el
margen de costura planchado a 10mm.
32. Prender con alfileres la vista a la pretina. Coser los extremos y el
borde superior, como se indica. Recortar.
33. Voltear la vista hacia adentro; planchar. Coser el borde plancha-
do sobre la costura y los bordes de la extensión juntos con PUNTO
D E D O B L A D I L L O.
34. Modelo C: Voltear las presillas hacia arriba, centrando los
extremos planchados sobre los cuadrados, como se indica. COSER
EL BORDE en su lugar.
Acabado
35. Coser los corchetes a la pretina, como se indica.
36. Modelos A, D: Hacer un dobladillo. Hilvanar cerca al doblez.
A C AB A R el borde no terminado. Coser el dobladillo en su lugar,
embebiendo la amplitud si es necesario. Planchar.
Modelo B:
37. Aplicar la ENTRETELA (10) y la ENTRETELA (11) al revés de las
secciones de la VISTA del FRENTE (10) y la VISTA DE LA ESPALDA (11).
38. Coser juntas la vista del frente y la vista de la espalda por los
extremos. A C A B AR el borde superior.
39. Prender con alfileres la vista al borde inferior de la pierna, coinci-
diendo las costuras. Coser a lo largo de la línea de pespunte, girando
por los círculos pequeños. Hacer un piquete hacia los círculos
pequeños. Recortar.
40. Voltear la vista hacia adentro; planchar. Coser el borde superior
en su lugar.
Modelo C:
41. Hacer un dobladillo. Hilvanar cerca al doblez. Doblar hacia aden-
tro 6mm en el borde no terminado, embebiendo la amplitud si es
necesario. Hilvanar el dobladillo en su lugar cerca al borde superior.
Planchar.
Hacer un PESPUNTE DE ADORNO en el dobladillo a lo largo del hil-
ván superior.
