I bring on the table a decade of experience in Learning, Training, and OD with exposure to various
industries like Home Furnishing, Retail, Manufacturing & Engineering, Education, Consumer
Durable, and IT. I specialize in soft skills and behavioral training, but also have substantial
experience in sales-oriented product & retail training, software navigation training, and process
training. I also specialize in content development for the aforesaid. Additionally, I hold a
certification/diploma in T&D from ISTD - Delhi chapter. Currently working with Sleepwell, as a

Spear-heading Learning & Development for the organization’s Dealer Division at a Pan-
India level
Responsible for handling a team of 4 Regional Trainers across the country. Evaluation of
their session efficacy and their Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Conducting Train-The-Trainer programs for each Regional Trainer
Prepare, formulate and assign training budget for each Zone and Regional Trainer
Setting up a Training Calendar for Pan India execution by the Regional Trainers and sales
team, and ensure adherence by the team
Pan India initiation of major T&D interventions and ensuring on ground execution by the
Regional Trainers and Sales Team
Conducting TNA for the Sales Team, Customer Care Team, and Operations Team; in
partnership with the Zonal Heads and/or Top Management.
Planning, designing and developing training curriculum for the Sales Team, Customer Care
Team, and Operations Team
Training curriculum and content usually consists of Retail Training Modules, Soft Skills

Spearheaded the setting up and streamlining of E-Learning and LMS in Sheela Foam Ltd.
Worked as a founding member for the Retail Excellence Program in Sheela Foam Ltd. for all
EBO counters Pan India
Streamlined the process of In-Store Salesman Training and brought up the trained percentage
from 40% to 85% on an average in Sheela Foam Ltd.
Introduced a concept of incentivizing training for Dealers’ Sales-Staff in Sheela Foam Ltd.
Brought up “dealers trained vs appointed” in a month ratio from 60% to 94% during the first
year of joining, in Ceasefire Industries (2017-18); training cumulatively 180+ dealers
Was awarded the responsibility of being the editor-in-chief for the company newsletter in
Ceasefire Industries; in April 2018
Worked on and developed an Internal Certification program for Sales Team on a specific
product line of Eureka Forbes; in February 2015. The same is being followed to this day.
Developed a Series of Training Videos on Sales Tips for Frontline Salespeople. The same
was launched nationally across Eureka Forbes in April 2014
Developed 8 Ready-To-Use Behavioral Training Programs. These were rolled out for SBU
Trainers in Eureka Forbes all over the country in April 2013
Designed and compiled a complete book on customer engagement as a training tool for
salespeople of Eureka Forbes. The book’s national launch across the organization was held in
April 2013.
