Professional Experience
Global Senior Program Manager, Leadership Development- Alexa Data Services, Hyderabad
(February 2020 to Present):
Setting up the Global Leadership Development function for Alexa Data Services (ADS)
Define the strategy roadmap for ADS Leadership Development.
Lead and manage the entire gamut of leadership development activities from needs analysis to
program evaluation.
Work with Head of ADS and Site Leaders across Asia, EU, and Americas to drive Learning and
Development programs and projects.
Provide Talent Development inputs to strategic documents like Operations Planning, and 3 Year
Planning.
Senior Manager, Global Execution - Centre of Leadership Excellence (May 2017 to January 2020):
Leading the global execution and delivery function for the Centre of Leadership Excellence team
Managing a global team of leadership development program managers across Prague, London,
Cork, Regensburg, Beijing, Sapporo, San Jose, Seattle, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
