I. INTRODUCTION
Our section with the dentist services of the campus (PUP-QC) will provide information
with regards to the theme given – Risk Reduction Situations during the time of the
pandemic era. The webinar entitled “Love, Sick; A Story of Environmental Safety and
Resilience During Pandemic Era” is also attached to the incoming event “Valentine’s Day”, in
the relation of the community of PUP-QC and to the other guest. In able, to protect
themselves with their hearts and use their minds for the incoming risk. The webinar will
provide information to have awareness, tactics, and strategy on how they act when disaster
happens , in order to protect themselves through their heart. This may also serve as our
knowledge for resiliency to each hearts that been broken to the seasons of the disaster.
III. PURPOSE
In the view of our team, the webinar will give certain knowledge with the risk that
happened to the time of pandemic. The objectives of this webinar, listed below is to
enhance each mind and relate to everyone’s heart, to be more prepare and more aware to
the risk and to have more awareness on the disaster that entered last year 2020 the COVID-
19. It will be a source of knowledge on how we should act and use our senses to protect
ourselves and other lives. In part of it, the pandemic that currently occurred on our country;
the widespread of the virus. The knowledge of this webinar to the risk and pandemic will be
shared on how would manifest one’s actions and shared ideas to the community of PUP-QC.
IV. METHODS
The steps conducted before, during and after the webinar happened , are the ways on how
our team act on to their respective jobs and fulfill their duties with regards to the event. The
purpose of this methods is to enlighten the ways we proposed to the seminar. The following
steps are listed below to objectify the actions fulfilled at the event.
Step 1: The team will going to brainstorm ideas on what will be the concept going to use
for the webinar with the given theme Risk Reduction during Pandemic era.
Step 2: The team will decide the exact date and time on when will be the event
broadcast.
Step 3: The search for the person who will lecture to the event or the Resource Speaker
that have enough knowledge about the concept and how will interpret their
lecture to the event.
Step 4: The release of the letter of approval in able to have permission to the university
about the webinar, in part of this is the concept paper will be send to the
speakers as well as the head of the campus.
Step 5: After finishing all the requirements to the event such as invitation, letters,
programs and etc. The head of the team will conduct a dry run, in able to flatten
the curve or any risk that possibly happened during the event. In the other hand,
the release of the Pre – Registration form will forwarded to the expected
participants of the event.
Step 6: During the webinar, at the end of the lecture the teams composed an Open
Forum at the event. This open forum created in able to enlighten everyone’s
mind about something that are still questionable at their heads and to clear
things that are blurred to the participants.
Step 7: The Resource Speaker will receive a Certificate of Appreciation, as well as the
participants who joined at the event in line with this, is the Evaluation Form that
will going to give to every participants. The Evaluation Form may serves as an
information to team who conducted the webinar.
