Stadia Design & Technology Expo, held from April 12 to 14, 2011, in Los Angeles,
California, is the must-attend exhibition for all stadium and arena owners and operators.

Almost 100 exhibitors have confirmed their participation at the 2011 show, making
Stadia Design & Technology Expo 2011 one of the most significant exhibitions in
North America dedicated to showcasing next-generation stadium and arena designs,
concepts, services and technologies. The list of participating companies, which can be
found on page 6 of this pocket guide, reads like a who’s who of the stadia industry.
Indeed, if it’s revenue-generation technologies; innovative capacity-boosting concepts;
environmentally conscious building materials and services; operational efficiency-
enhancing technologies and services; or world-class design and architectural technologies
and service providers that you want to meet, you need to visit Stadia Design &
Technology Expo 2011!

Furthermore, the adjacent conference is an integral part of Stadia Design &

Technology Expo 2011, and boasts an international speaker line-up with highlights
including Bob Newman, chief operating officer, AEG Facilities; Robert Mankin AIA, LEED
AP Partner, NBBJ; William McCullough, principal, EwingCole; Ryan Gedney AIA, senior
designer, 360 Architecture; Ron Turner, director sports/entertainment, Gensler & Peter
Barsuk, senior associate, Gensler; Dr Arg. Carlos de la Corte, principal, Arena Estadios;
Dan Meis, senior principal, Populous; and Tim Leiweke, president and CEO, AEG
Worldwide to name but a few. If you’ve not yet registered to attend this must-attend
conference, go online now to do so at www.stadiadesignandtechnology.com. You can
participate for as little as $447.

You’ll find this pocket guide contains all of the information you need to help you plan a
successful trip to Stadia Design & Technology Expo 2011, so study it, then be sure to
bring it with you to the event. For the time being, however, I wish you safe travels and
look forward to welcoming you to LA in April.

Warmest regards
Graham Johnson
