2. What are timeshares? Can you think of the advantages and disadvantages of owning a
timeshare?
Advantages
- Time sharing systems is better way to run a business having lot of tasks to be done
and no task get interrupted by the system. Each task and each user get its time. The
tasks which are near to end get more attention so that new tasks can get time.
Disadvantages
- The big disadvantages of time-sharing systems is that it consumes much resources
so it need special operating systems. Switching between tasks becomes sometimes
sophisticated as there are lot of users and applications running which may hang up
the system.
3. Compare the different types of timeshare
1. Fixed Week is a type of timeshare ownership in which usage rights are assigned
to a specific week every year. It usually begins on a Friday, Saturday, or a Sunday
and is given a number starting with the first week of January through the end of
December.
2. Floating Week allows owners to pick any available week within a season.
3. The points programs give the owner timeshare points equal to the level of
ownership which can be then used points to make travel arrangements within the
resort group.

the purpose of accreditation? Describe each.
- Hotels in the Philippines are classified before as De Luxe Class, First Class, Standard
Class and Economy Class. These classifications are graded according to the existence
of inventory checklist.
