Lido World Garden is an international standard Edu-tourism and Family Recreation Park with a total area of 17 Ha, displaying a wide
range of flora and fauna.
Inspired by the beauty of the world-famous Dubai Miracle Garden (7.2 Ha; 150 million flowers; 1.5 million visitors/year), Lido World
Garden consists of 6 main zones of Edutainment activities with target annual attendance of +/- 1 million.

• In Indonesia, currently there is no Golf Course that can fulfill the standards to host a PGA Tour – the most exclusive golf
championship in the world.
• Lido International Golf Course with a total area of 83 Ha is designed by world-class designer as well as professional golfer, Ernie
Els, that has won numerous awards including “Designer of the Year 2015” by World Golf Awards, four-time Major-Champion and
World Golf Hall of Famer in 2011. This course is designed to be the first 18-hole PGA Standard golf course in Indonesia.
• The spacious and luxurious clubhouse is designed by Oppenheim Architecture with a total GFA of 22,257 sqm and featuring the
following facilities: Pro Shop, VIP rooms, 2 Dining Outlets, 10 Meeting Rooms and Ballroom with a capacity of up to 1,080 pax
seated).

Movieland – Project Concept
• MOVIELAND – the most integrated and one-stop studios covering an area of 21 The Most Integrated and One
hectares which has various outdoor backlot settings from nature to city landscapes, Stop Studios
complete with indoor green screen backdrops, postproduction areas, and other
supporting facilities.
• In 2019, Indonesia film industry produced around 300 titles/year and continuously
growing. MNC Media alone produced more than 20,000 hours/year. Currently, there is
no integrated, one-stop studio for film and TV series production in Indonesia with the
same quality as in Korea or USA. There is an urgent need for a One Stop Studio in
order to increase the efficiency and the quality of Indonesian film production and
attract filmmakers from around the world.

• Compared with the existing film production facilities in Singapore, Thailand and
Malaysia which are smaller in size, Movieland has a competitive advantage as the
provider of the largest end-to-end production facilities in Southeast Asia, where the
whole area of SEZ MNC Lido City can be used as a shooting location (not limited to
Movieland area only).

• Movie Fans Tour: Movieland will be opened for fans and public to experience the tour
around the shooting location. Visitors can explore the production process, meet and
greet with the actors and learn on how to become a filmmaker.

• Currently, there is no international scale, outdoor venue facilities for arts

• Lido Music and Arts Center is an outdoor venue with a total area of 5 Ha
and is the largest in Indonesia; designed to cater for up to 50.000 festival
goers with four different stages to accommodate various shows 3-star
