Assignment #1 – Spring 2021

1. Provide a Make or Buy Analysis for 5 of your project deliverables. Create a table with
your project deliverables and explain what activities will be outsourced, and which ones
will be made within your organization?

2. Create a Final Project Report for your project using the template provided and answer
the following items:
a. Project Goals from the Project Charter and the actual results achieved for each of
project goal.
b. Project Objectives from the Project Charter and the actual results achieved for
each of project objective.
c. Completion Date from the Project Charter and the actual results achieved for
each of target date(s).
d. Budget from the Project Charter and the actual costs incurred for the project.

To complete the report, refer to your Project Charter to fill the Project Charter
field and present your predictions about the actual results of your project. Even
though, you do not have the actual results, please brainstorm, and predict the
actual result of your project. Did you meet your sponsor/stakeholder
requirements? Did your project finish on time? Was your project delayed? Was
your project overbudget? Explain your answer.

3. Create a Lessons Learned Report for your project using the template provided and
answer the following questions:
a. List 5 ideas about what went well or was successful during the project.
b. List 5 ideas about what did not go well or was unsuccessful during the project.
c. Take the 5 ideas from the previous question and explain what should you do
differently next time? How will this be done?

4. Provide a Roles and Responsibilities Matrix (RACI Chart). Name who is Responsible (R),
Accountable (A), Consulted (C) and Informed (I).
