I. IoT
1. Definition
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of physical items, i.e. things, embedded with
sensors, software, and other technology to communicate and exchange data through
the Internet with other devices and systems [ CITATION Wik \l 1033 ]
The confluence of numerous technologies, real-time analytics, machine learning,
omnipresent computing, commodity sensors and embedded systems has brought about
a development. Embedded systems, wireless sensor networks, control systems,
automation, and others traditional areas contribute to the Internet of Something. In the
consumer market, IoT technology is synonymous mainly with products which support
one of the most common ecosystems, including equipment and devices (such as lights,
cameras, and thermostats), that can be controlled via devices associated with that
ecosystem, such as smartphones and smartphones. In healthcare systems the IoT can
also be employed [ CITATION Wik \l 1033 ].
The Internet of Things (IoT) has changed from a simple notion into a palpable reality
since its coining in 1999. The result can be due, among other reasons, to the widespread
usage of Internet Protocol (IP), to more omnipresent computing and to the ongoing
improvement of data analytics. By 2020 the number of IoT-connected devices is
expected at 20.4 billion. However, the IoT remains to some extent an unclear idea, but
its continuous development is often alluded to abstractly even as it offers obvious
benefits [ CITATION tre \l 1033 ].
The Internet of Things refers to an increasing network of linked items, which can gather
and share data via embedded sensors in real time. IoT may all be connected to
thermostats, automobiles, lighting, refrigerators and more [ CITATION INS \l 1033 ].
"Digital Twin" technology is also gaining prominence. By using it, enterprises may
develop a clear image of how their IoT devices interact with the production process. This
offers enterprises an idea of how their machines perform in their life cycle and enables
them to forecast future changes. A Gartner poll shows that 48 percent of smart
manufacturers have planned to employ the digital double idea [ CITATION BBV1 \l 1033 ].

A smart TV is a typical TV with integrated Internet access and interactive Internet 2.0, which
enables users to stream music and movies, surf the Internet and view images. A smart TV is also
known as a connected television (CTV). Intelligent TVs are an interconnection of computers, TVs
and digital media. In addition to the typical functionality of TV sets, these devices allow access to
overall media services such as television and the Internet radio streaming and connection to the
home network [ CITATION htt1 \l 1033 ].
To improve usability and control, smart TVs may link to numerous possible input devices
wirelessly. All the cellphones and tablets may be connected to the Wireless Keyboards and Mice,
to allow text entry, navigation and sofa Web browsing [ CITATION tec1 \l 1033 ].
Nowadays, Smart TV help we get closer to our family, with such a great TV experience, it brings
the entire family around the sofa in the living room giving a great family time together. With
smart technology that make life easy, a smart tv is a blessing for ever family member. Be it you,
your super cool sibling or your sporty dad, smart TVs, have something for every family member [
CITATION iss \l 1033 ].
The addition of voice recognition to a remote TV affects the entire experience of the user. And
any change is excellent if it works right. Most remote devices have difficult workouts without a
voice recognition in pushing buttons, delaying transmission, loss of progress, painful orthodoxy,
and so on. If the room is dark, it is even worse! The interaction becomes incredibly rapid with a
voice-enabled remote since the user just activates the remote and voices a command that might
fully fall outside the TV menu structure. For instance, a user might click the Activation button on
the remote whilst viewing a show and say anything such, "Record the 'Big Bang Theory' program
this evening at 7 pm." This is it. The user had a long and difficult procedure under the prior
paradigm to achieve this objective. It's only a few steps using voice: 1) Remote enabled, 2)
instruction speaking and 3) action confirmed [ CITATION sil \l 1033 ].
