Sub: Request Letter for the Change of Registered PRC LERIS Email Address

Respected Authority,

I am writing to you because I would like to make a request. I recently changed

my email account since I couldn't access the prior one because I had forgotten the
email address and password. I attempted to recover it, but my attempts were futile.

My previous email address is jenniferpagong28@gmail.com whereas my active

email address is (ikaw ray butang ani te unsa ang imong bag-ong email). I would
appreciate it if you could update it as soon as possible so that I do not miss any more
notifications and may utilize the PRC Online Forgot Password Facility.
