Good day! I am Rafael Luis Evangelista, an incoming Fourth Year

student. I am writing this letter to inform you that I wasn’t able to enroll
due to the reason that one of my grade was not yet posted in the portal. I
have no failing grades, INC,NC and dropped subjects in GE subjects
and Nursing subjects both second semester and short term. Rest assured
that I will complete my enrollment on or before August 18.
