Good day sir. I am corned about the interval of the medication of patient X.

I am uncomfortable giving antibiotics at the same time with probiotics. Because probiotics are usually
bacteria themselves they can be killed by antibiotics if taken together.

It will be safe if the probiotic are taken before of after 2 hours of taking antibiotic.

I understand and respect your decision ma’am but there are no scientific
evidence that the pneumoccocal vaccine causes autism. The pneumoccocal
vaccine protects against serious and potentially fatal pneumococcal infections.

The ethical principle in this situation is autonomy, which is to respect the

decisions made by other people concerning their own lives.
