Insights or Realizations:
am – The positive impacts of globalization has created numerous opportunities to all
forms of industry and has contributed in the development of educative process in time. It
has introduced a different curricula on the basis of comparative studies and has opened a
vast world of career all over the world. However, these advantages has downsides
specially when it comes to culture, human resource, governance, accessibility and job
related issues.
pm – The 8 types of globalization has its scope of limitations that identifies the
progressive and adverse effects to the society. Economic globalization has increased
economic growth but deprives local businesses. It has enable interconnectedness in
world’s financial system and has contributed in worldwide political system both in size
and complexity. It has developed cultural diversity and has integrated ones society’s
practices to another. It has also increased speed if technology diffusion across global
community and has empower to work in multinational blocs rather than working alone.
Lesson(s) Learned:
Knowing globalization has made me realized that things surrounds us may change
abruptly and that I should make myself adaptable to change. We could have these
downsides but there’s more of positive that makes our society moving forward. Let us
turn these changes and challenges to opportunities for our learners to be globally
competitive even in their own locality.
