"My name is Sebastian, I am sixteen years old, I am a student.

I have two brothers, both of them are in high school, and I live in a very quiet residential
complex. My neighbors are a lot of fun, they always make meals in their garden and invite us
to spend the afternoon at their house, my family and I also invite them to our house.

When I leave the housing development where I live, surprisingly, there are always a lot of
people there is always a large number of people, some walking, others chatting and even
riding bicycles.

Also, Mr. Martin lives here, kind and cheerful, well known for his great tarts. always buys a

One of the topics I like to talk about with my friends is sports, especially baseball, since it
is my favorite sport, in fact I will try out on Friday to join the school's representative team,

My friends and I like to go to the mall because we can enjoy a delicious ice cream or a

My name is José Alonso Valdez Salcido, I am 30 years old, I have a height of 1.73 mts and a
weight of 75 kg, I am a physical education teacher and I am currently studying the sixth
semester of the degree in nutrition at the open and distance university of Mexico (UnADM), I am
originally from Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, however I currently live in the mountains of
Chihuahua in a municipality called Ignacio Zaragoza, due to my work.

My working days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, these days I go to work
at 8:00 am and leave at 2:00 pm, my routine during these days is to get up at 6:30 am to take a
bath and get ready to go to the school where I work which is called "Esc. Rafael Ramirez", at
approximately 7:15 am I have breakfast, then I brush my teeth and at 7:30 am I leave my house
to go to my workplace, in my work one of the main objectives of the subject I teach is to know,
use and value the body and movement as a means of exploration, discovery and enjoyment of
the motor possibilities, of relationship with other people and as a resource to organize their free
time, as well as the development of the human body through different controlled exercises and
sports disciplines. In addition to strengthening the body and improving health, physical education
aims to generate a mental well-being in the student, I have 8 years dedicated to teaching and
sincerely being a physical education teacher is a very noble work, I love my job!

My main habits are to do sports activities such as going for a walk in the park in the afternoons,
cooking, listening to music, I usually do not watch television but I enjoy going to the movies with
my friends, in the afternoons I do the activities related to the university and on weekends I have
some free time to visit my friends and family, sometimes we go to eat at restaurants and
sometimes we go out at night to a bar, I enjoy spending time with them, since it is difficult for me
to visit them frequently, because of the place where I am working.

In general I consider myself a friendly person, adventurous since I love to travel and explore
nature, noble and loyal to the people who love me, committed to meet my goals as I always try
to give the best of me in the different activities I do, what is described above defines me a little
about who I am and who I like to be.

SIBLINGS.- Brothers/Sisters. Siblings are persons who share a blood relationship by having the
