■ Special Instruction
A. Inspection Activity Reports (incl. Daily Flash Report)
A-1. Daily Flash Report shall be submitted by the close of business.
A-2. Inspection Activity Report (IAR) shall be issued within two days after the date of inspection completion.
A-3. Document Number of IAR : MEG-5000581492-M28-IAR-043
A-4. All reviewed QC dossiers including test report, records, approved dimensional drawings and certificates shall
be stamped and signed.
A-5. Next expected inspection date shall be checked and reported on IAR.
A-6. Photographic records with description shall be included on IAR.
A-7. Check List for Dimensional Witness Inspection shall be signed by inspector & supplier and submitted in
scanned copy after Dimensional inspection.
A-8. The related drawings shall be received from supplier at shop and confirm/record the latest related
drawing's revision No. on IAR.
A-9. Packing Inspection Check List shall be handwritten and submitted in scanned copy.
A-10. If the inspection result is not easy to define whether it’s acceptable or not, inspector should contact
SQS Engineer in Samsung C&T directly on the day of inspection.
B. Inspection Release Notice
B-1. Inspection Relase Notice (IRN), with both PDF and Word format, shall be issued to Samsung C&T right after
packing inspection if there is no outstanding issue.
 (If Samsung C&T is agreed, Samsung C&T's representative can issue Inspection Release Notice (IRN) to
Supplier right after packing inspection if there is no outstanding issue.)
* Fumigation or Heat treatment certificate for wooden packing materials shall be attached.

B-3. Packing List shall be submitted in both excel and PDF format.
