Speaking Test Questions 4-6
• In Questions 4-6, you w ill be asked to imagine that you are t ak ing part in a market
research telephone interview.
• You wi ll be asked to respond to t hree related questions w ithout preparation.
• The questions wi ll be about familiar topics: entertainment, purchases, dining out, family
and friends, health, housing, news, shopp ing, travel, etc.
• You w ill be scored on using relevant vocabulary and structu res, and for answering the
question appropriately.
• In Unit 9, we wil l look at how to answer Question 6, which asks you to give a longer
response of 30 seconds .
• In this unit. we wi ll look at how t o answer Questions 4-5, which ask you to give a short
response of 15 seconds in answer to one or two questions.
• In this unit, we w ill also look at dea li ng w ith common question types and how to answer them.
