Ferro scan report and column schedule does not match.

Rebar arrangement totally change according to ferro
scan report. So check all the data in column schedule
and incorporate the Ferro scan data

Try to give more details in long section like the sample

one(Right side) .
The beam schedule do not match with Ferro report, so
incorporate the Ferro report and exposure with beam
schedule.

At FB-7 in third floor the rebar does not match with

exposure and beam schedule and I did not find the
scanning folder for that portion ferro scan before
exposure. Every Items should be in different folder
based which is mentioned in checklist. So check all the
beam schedule according to ferro scan and compare
with exposure and if findings any different than give
notes.
