Earning Potential at Super Whiz Kids

1. Trial Class

As a trial teacher at a weekly commitment of 36 hours and an average conversion rate of 10%,
each teacher stands a chance to make up to INR 50,000 a month

NOTE - At a monthly earning potential of INR 50,000 for conducting 36 classes per week at
10% conversion rate, you will effectively earn ~ INR 350 for every trial class you take on our
platform.

Note: All the above calculations are averages and actuals may vary. The regular classroom will
be the one which you convert the student. And regular teacher calculations are on Average.
2. Regular Class

As a regular teacher your earnings will depend on your band, the bands are allocated based on
your performance which includes - quality and class discipline

As a regular teacher you start with a base pay of INR 200 per class and gradually move on to
earn INR 350 per class, this translates to a earning potential of INR 56,000 per month

NOTE - Your transition from Novice to Elite will be dependent on your ratings and your class
discipline. As a regular teacher you will be responsible for the learning for a group of students
over a period of 10-12 months and hence your class discipline and class quality forms an
extremely important metric for evaluating your performance.
