After successful completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of PSIR Answer Writing, we are starting Phase 3 of
the PSIR Answer Writing Initiative from 12/10/2020. (New members can go through previous messages
to find Phase 1 and Phase 2 questions.)

In this phase 3, we are making two changes in framing of the questions:

Section A of Both Papers: Core part of the syllabus by repeating theme of the Previous year questions.

Section B of Both Papers: We will frame questions by aligning core topic with the current context so that
dynamic potion of the syllabus will be covered.

Scheme of Evaluation of Answers:

1. You can do Peer Review here. The more you review others' copies, the more people will review your
answers!

2. The member who will write maximum PSIR answers will be declared as "Performer of the Week".
Performer of the week will be announced on the Sunday morning based upon the count of answers
submitted in a particular week. In case of a Tie, the answer submitted earlier (time) in a particular day
will get preference over others. One answer of Performer of the Week will be evaluated with Detailed
Feedback!

There are only few groups on Telegram for PSIR answer writing. But they lack quality evaluation. Refer
@TARGET_PSIR for evaluated copies of the candidates.

3. As stated earlier,

The members who are following any other Initiatives of Daily Writing /Test Series of PSIR will also be
eligible for this scheme. The member who will write maximum PSIR answers as per his/her plan will be
declared as "Performer of the Week". (One answer will be evaluated with Detailed Feedback! Refer
@TARGET_PSIR for evaluated copies of the candidates).

🔔Hello All Dear Aspirants,

• With the demand from many aspirants, we are launching a PAID Initiative for PSIR.
• The intake will be limited. E.g. 5 candidates only to maintain quality of evaluation. (We are not here
to make profit. To maintain quality, we have put a cap on number of intake for Paid initiative)
• Daily we will post 1 questions as per our ongoing plan and you will have to write the answer. You
can also submit answers from any other PSIR test series. Evaluation will also include framework of
the answer as per the demand of the Q.
• Answer should be submitted in this group only: @PSIR_Answer_Writing_Initiative
• It will be evaluated within 24-48 hours. (1 Answer will be evaluated per day as per the Paid
Program)

• Sunday will be an off.

• We are charging a nominal fees of ₹1000 for 1 month. After Prelim's Result the Fees will be ₹1500.

(Our fees are nominal and affordable as compared to the other Test series in the Market. E.g. For
Shubhra Ranjan, you have to pay about ₹20000 for 17 tests. i.e. it costs almost ₹150 per Question in 8Q
Test. Whereas, we are charging only ₹33 per Q. Also test series in the market take minimum 10 days to
evaluate your copies. We will evaluate copies in 24-48 hours only )

• Previously Evaluated copies are already posted on the channel @TARGET_PSIR for your reference.

If you wait for Prelim's Result, you will be out of the race! So take this opportunity to find lacunae in
your writing skills and improve accordingly.

As I told earlier, our Mentors group include few officers in service and (some of them have also taught
PSIR & GS in various coaching classes). But due to Covid-19 related administrative functions, they find it
hard to get time for other activities. Hence I will be the major evaluator here. We will add more
evaluators later.

Over the period I have evaluated around 1000 copies of PSIR (200 Offline + 800 Online). Each Test
contains 8Q. So Total 8000 Answers are evaluated by me without compromising Quality !!!
At Shubhra Ranjan IAS, evaluators' names are not known to the candidates. Code Names are given to
the Evaluators. But candidates take an extra pain to give feedback for their evaluated copies. This is one
of the many awesome feedbacks I received through emails while working as an evaluator...
