I AM PRESENTING TO YOU THE 3RD QUARTER REPORT OF GREEN


LAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL…
OUR SMEPA FOR THIS QUARTER…

TABLE 1. PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL ACCOMPLISHMENT


IN NUMBER OF PLANNED OUTPUTS, WE HAVE…
UNDER THE ACCESS WE HAVE 3 OBJECTIVES
THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING;
●To reduce/decrease the number of non-readers by 1%
●To increase the number of enrolment by 1%
●To decrease at least .05% drop-out rate from the baseline of 0.16% or
zero drop-out rate
UNDER THE QUALITY AND RELEVANCE WE HAVE 5 OBJECTIVES
THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING;
●To increase teachers competencies in computer application by 2%
●To check and visit WHLP of all 7 teachers and address WHLP concerns
●Attend online webinars for teachers
●Carefully planned the implementation of Kto12 Basic Education Curriculum
●Psycho-socio intervention for school officials, teaching and non-teaching personnel and
learners
AND UNDER THE GOVERNANCE WE HAVE 7 OBJECTIVES
THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING;
●Implement all the necessary protocols as mandated by the LGU Officials
●To improve classroom facilities and acquired equipment for conducive teaching and
learning process
● To provide security of the school properties
●To purchase four (4) Printers
●For the production of Learning Modules and Instructional Materials
●To measure and practice free from COVID-19 pandemic, child protection and friendly
environment with at least 85% success.

WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING DATA THESE ARE;
●Reproduction/Distribution of printed or non-printed reading materials
●Pagbasa sa panahon ng Pandemya- 2 hours of reading and answering guide questions
●every Mondays and Wednesdays
●Tutok to Learn- 2 hours of intensified reading with parents every Tuesdays and Fridays
●Conduct remedial teaching in Numeracy
●Students Mapping with coordination of community /LGU’s for the campaign and
advertisement of readiness of school for remote enrolment
●Home Visitation

●Conduct mentoring and hands-on application on computer designing for the teachers
●To evaluate and WHLP of 7 permanent teachers
●Conducted SLAC/INSET and other online trainings for teachers
●Printing of Self-Learning Modules and other Instructional Materials
● Conduct psycho-social seminar for parents and teachers

●Disseminate and distribute all the essential health kits for school personnel such as
face mask, alcohol and hand sanitizers

●Provisions of health and sanitary materials by at least 90%


●Posting safety measures inside the classrooms
●Identify facilities of classroom need to be improve and find other ways to generate
funds from the stakeholders
●Construction of the school’s backyard perimeter fence
●Printing of Learning Modules and other learning materials for the learners and
teaching materials
●Disinfect working environment every day or every other day
●Replanting of hanging ornamental plants afflicted by the natural calamities
● and Repainting of classrooms and school office

NECESSARY SERVICES AT THE BEST OF WE CAN FOR THE NEEDS OF OUR LEARNERS IN THIS
DIFFICULT TIMES.
