1. Full amount payable upon acceptance of this quotation. Design and manufacture of trusses will NOT
commence until amount reflects in our account.
2. Quotation’s JOB NUMBER to be used as reference for all payments
3. Please allow 5 working days for timber structure ONLY and 8 working days for timber structure and Roof
Tiles.
4. The roof is designed using licenced Mifek20l2O software.
5. All dimensions are taken from the architects drawings for quotation purposes. Should site
measurements differ, the excess will be for the client's account.
6. The roof trusses are optimally designed in terms of Span, spacing and loadings in order to achieve the
most cost effective design. Which means that the trusses (Spacing , Member sizes etc. .. ) and battens

 may differ from the Architects drawings. It could also happen that certain design elements can change,
which could alter and affect the layout of the roof. Where applicable, this will be discussed with the
client.
7. Engineering designs, and checking thereof has not been included in this quotation.
