Hi Jane,

Arnaud is out of the office on PTO until 2/13 so he won’t be able to join Friday’s call. Please submit a support issue and it will be routed to me for finding a resource who
can assist. When Arnaud returns I would like for us all to meet to understand the consolidated list of issues better.

Also I may need to move our meeting time on Friday (10:30 AM CST), or move it tomorrow. Let me know if tomorrow works better or later on Friday.

Regards,
Edwina

Subject: Newly discovered issue - do I report to Support?

Hi Edwina,

We just discovered a new issue and I don’t know if it’s best to report this to your support portal or wait and see if Arnaud can join us on Friday since he’s so familiar with
what we’ve been doing.

When we tested our latest version in Test, honestly I was only testing to see if, when we applied a discount to a category (License, Services, Non-Standard Services and
Custom Services) if the discount was being applied to the individual line items in the Sales Price Discounted column (not just to the Subtotal as before).

Everything was working as expected except our BEF category, which you reported for us Gary thinks he’s solved. (I’m waiting for Moataz to help me with move Gary’s
file into test).

I didn’t think to test what happens if there’s no discount.  In our production and test systems, we discovered yesterday that if there’s no discount (i.e. we’re selling at
“list price”) we get $0 for Non-Standard and Custom Services.

In my example below, Project Services line item “Test” should show $18K in the Sales Price Discounted column, and Test 2 should show $9K.

Should I create a ticket and include a link and the XML, or should we try to tackle this on Friday’s call?  (And when we fix this, we’ll need your advice about what to do to
“consolidate” this fix and the BEF fix).

Thank you!
Jane
