TO All CBRC Faculty of active programs prior to national
lockdown

Greetings of health and safety to everyone.

As stated in the memo dated March 31, 2020 with memo number 03312020-32, all faculty
members’ service contracts of all active programs before the nationwide lockdown are
automatically renewed provided that the faculty wishes to be included in the said extension or
not disqualified to be eligible for extension. The extension will start on April 27, 2020 and will
expire on April 27, 2022.

This memo will serve as addendum of the aforementioned memo above with the following
instructions.

1. If the office of the faculty relations doesn’t receive any e-mail from you expressing
non-inclusion in this memo you are deemed ‘renewed”.
2. If you wish to do otherwise, please send an email to cbrcschedules@gmail.com
expressing your disinterest to renew your contract.
3. Acceptance of non-confirmation for the extension is until May 31, 2021 only.
