    WH QUESTIONS – SIMPLE PAST

    Question Words (QW) Function


    What (apa) Untuk menanyakan nama, pekerjaan, atau suatu hal
    When (kapan) Untuk menanyakan waktu
    Where (dimana / kemana) Untuk menanyakan tempat
    Why (mengapa) Untuk menanyakan alasan
    Who (siapa) Untuk menanyakan orang
    How (bagaimana) Untuk menanyakan cara atau keadaan

    - How long (berapa lama)

    - How much (berapa harga)

    - How many (berapa banyak)

    Pattern/rumus:

    QW + DID + SUBJECT + VERB 1 + OBJECT / ADVERB OF TIME (KET. WAKTU) ?

    WHO + VERB 2 + OBJECT / ADVERB OF TIME (KET. WAKTU) ?

    Examples:
     She went to the zoo yesterday because she wanted to see animals.
