WHAT'S IN THE NAME?

Uswag is a Bicol word means progress,


prosperity and accelerated development
It is the battle cry of then Mayor Jess
Robredo during his terms as city mayor of
Naga, called Uswag Naga
It has a name recall and association to
Uswag Naga of Mayor Jess
WHAT'S IN THE NAME?

Uswag can be reflected to Bicol Region in


our own version
Uswag Bikol will focus in the sustainable
development of the Bicol Region
Uswag Bikol, by the name itself is
culturally appropriate for us Bicolanos
and Bicolanas
VISION

It envisions a Bicol Region with sustainability,


the people are empowered, healthy, free
from poverty, living in a resilient community
and actively involve in building a just and
progressive country.
