Critical Tasks
- KRA’s and Key Activities Apprentices (On the job Trainees)
Evaluate the letter of credit and ensure that LC adheres to company
policies and procedures in order to approve or deny letter of credits.
Obtains necessary information, including established terms, amounts,
and beneficiaries, to process and complete Letters of Credit and related
financial transactions.
Prepare list of amendments required in the letter of credit based upon
evaluation & submit to marketing dept
Accounting and recording of LC in SAP & DMS System
Ensure that SLAs and KPI targets are met
Assist with both internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely
and accurate responses to information requests
Work on continuous improvement projects on an ongoing basis; identify
and communicate opportunities for improvement
Add to the knowledge management databases, particularly regarding
resolution of issues
Contribute to a positive working environment by building relationships
within the team
Proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
Sending Monthly Deck Reports.
Preparation of MIS. (LC & Amendment)
Clearance of DMS of lead bucket.
Approves LC in SAP.
