STIPEND:
Stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month
(Common for All Qualification, Fresher and Experience candidates)

Accounts & Finance department

Critical Tasks
- KRA’s and Key Activities Apprentices (On the job Trainees)
 Evaluate the letter of credit and ensure that LC adheres to company
policies and procedures in order to approve or deny letter of credits.
 Obtains necessary information, including established terms, amounts,
and beneficiaries, to process and complete Letters of Credit and related
financial transactions.
 Prepare list of amendments required in the letter of credit based upon
evaluation & submit to marketing dept
 Accounting and recording of LC in SAP & DMS System
 Ensure that SLAs and KPI targets are met
 Assist with both internal and external audits to ensure complete, timely
and accurate responses to information requests
 Work on continuous improvement projects on an ongoing basis; identify
and communicate opportunities for improvement
 Add to the knowledge management databases, particularly regarding
resolution of issues
 Contribute to a positive working environment by building relationships
within the team
 Proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
 Sending Monthly Deck Reports.
 Preparation of MIS. (LC & Amendment)
 Clearance of DMS of lead bucket.
 Approves LC in SAP.
