colour,gender etc.
We need teams in a business or work station because as a team consists of several group of people
where they can have a different ideas and skills where these all together forms to be a well

Gossiping, backbiting means having a wrong and unknown conversation about some person and
spreading it as rumours and talking behind others.
-At some places definetly everyone most of the people under goes gossiping but whatever it is later
someday truth wins.
- Mostly may be at workplace there may be no chance of such things as they could be fired.
-These takes place when someone feel jealous about being appreciated.
