1.What is a Diversity?

Diversity means identifying or seeing differences of an individual.

These differeneces can be of gender,racism, ethinicity etc.

Diversity at workplace:

-Gender

-religious diversity

-Income

-Skills

-level of experiences

2.Capgemini is against Discrimination at workplace?

Discrimination means making a decision in favour of our something against a person or in a group.

-gender discrimination

-age discrimination

-racism, colour discrimination

And Yes Capgemini is against discrimination, here this looks towards the skills of a person but not
colour,gender etc.

3.Team Spirit is One of the 7 Core value of Capgemini

We need teams in a business or work station because as a team consists of several group of people
where they can have a different ideas and skills where these all together forms to be a well
developed team or project to be worked on. So, Teamspirit is one of the core value in any business.

-some common behaviour team should have is trust, accountability,honesty.

-Respect everyone idea’s

-To be positive

-patience ( in a bad situation)

-Don’ts:

-never blame on others

-should not wave to go with arguments


4.Using social media correctly as an employee

Social media is platform where applications and websites are used to share data. Now a days every
update is going to be known to the people faster i.e; data sharing is perfomed within seconds.

E.g: whatsapp,youtube,etc

- Excess usage of anything leads to risk where we will be addicted to it.

Risk in capgemini point of view:

-Bringing down productivity

-Sharing of company details or information may lead to risk.

Advantage in Capgemini view:

-Social media helps in creating awareness where it can be helpful.

- And in order to strengthen the relationships social media can be used.

- helps in order for learning.

5.Professionalism:

Gossiping, backbiting means having a wrong and unknown conversation about some person and
spreading it as rumours and talking behind others.

-At some places definetly everyone most of the people under goes gossiping but whatever it is later
someday truth wins.

- Mostly may be at workplace there may be no chance of such things as they could be fired.

Gossiping takes place:

-These takes place when someone feel jealous about being appreciated.

-Even if someone wins against them.

Genally, in such cases there is a chance of these taking place.

Disadvantage & Dangers:

-These leads to miscommunication among peers.

-It may lead to unnecessary controversies.
