Odiamar pointed out that we are facing new normal, so, instead of complaining, teachers must adapt in
order to still deliver learning to the students. Mrs. Almazan gave thanks to the speakers for she has
learned so many things in this 5-day INSET.
Mr. Dominador Caceres gave word of thanks to the participants for their active participation.
The last day, December 19 (Saturday), was a self-paced activity- work from home.

IV. Results/Findings
This INSET equipped Mambungalon Elementary School teachers with the knowledge about DO
No. 31, s. 2020, online platforms used in education or in conducting meetings, and some topics
about Pedagogical Retooling in Mathematics. It also enabled teachers to revisit their
implementation of the learning continuity plan for the 1st quarter, thus, helped them plan ahead of
time for the second quarter.

V. Recommendations
 Teachers must be equipped with necessary devices like mobile phones or computers
especially during virtual meetings
 Stable or fast internet connection is a must in order to run the meeting smoothly
