Task 1 :

The graph below illustrates the total university graduates in both genders in Canada
between 1992 and 2007, a period of 15 years.

Overall, both genders showed a strong movement upwards within 15 years.

However, the number of females is much more than males in all the given time.

In 1992, there are about under 100 000 women graduates from universities, but it
has a gradual climb in over 3 years later to 105 000 people. In the next 3 years,
although the line showed a slight decrease, from 1998 it went up considerately and
reached the peak of nearly 150 000 people in 2007.

Meanwhile, in 1992, just about 70 000 men got their degrees and until 1995, it
increased to nearly 50 000 people. In the next 3 years, the number of males
had a slow movement downwards identically to the number of females. It also
fluctuated about in 3 years after, from 1998 to 2001. Nonetheless, from
2001, the line went up dramatically to approximately 100 000 men graduating

Task 2 :

People have different perspectives regarding the way of living the life. Some masses
prefer routine work without any major change. But there are some people who have
strong feelings on the way their lives change. In my opinion, changing is a vital part
of human life. So people need to get in touch with new things. Both sides will be
discussed before drawing a reasonable conclusion.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why a part of the community feels
comfortable doing repetitive tasks throughout the day. Firstly, comfort and luxury is
the main goal of a myriad of things. In fact, to remain in a dormant phase gives
mental satisfaction to the normal workers in particular, which constitutes more than a
half of the population on this planet. For instance, the last year, a survey conducted
by the Oxford university stated that a quarter third of the government employees are
satisfied with their 9am to 5pm everyday office schedule. Thus, it seems that not only
the males are satisfied with their working arrangements, but also their counterparts
are comfortable in doing household works because they do not ask them for a
change.

On the other hand, some proponents propose that a key to success is the breaking
in monotony of things and i agree. As a matter of fact, in terms of career, searching
for viable opportunities is the best way to excel in a practical field . For example, if a
student or employee push himslef hard, if will definitely achieve the goals of his
specific field. Moreover, it is also an effective way to remain physically and mentally
healthy. (Explanation/ Example) Thus, it is completely clear that striving to opt for the
best in a life is a crucial thing to perform well.

In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinions, considering the best method
of spending the age, I believe that a key to live a successful and healthy life is not to
avoid any change.
