5. Feedback

To be answered by employee (during performance and appraisal)

4.1.a. What do you need from other employees at Agriterra (within your team)?
All the team should be realistic in consulting start-up and small cooperatives – who are lack of many resources.

4.1.b. How do you support others in their work?

- I share my idea based on situation analysis of customers. Sometimes I shared relevant case study I have learned from my
previous works and from reading books/newspapers.

with farmers and in private sector development.

4.2.b. What things can be improved?
Sometime need to step back to look from overall view, this may help Ky to have better approach. Acceptance the situation in
the positive ways can motivate you and others to move forward

I hope you will take more lead in presenting Agriterra to outside world. Sometimes I have feeling that you know much more
than what you share (sorry if I am wrong), if so, please be more direct in your communication especially when you don’t agree
or have different opinions with others, including myself.
Version 1.2, 04-01-2018
Ky could speak out more about his own thoughts and ideas on managing the ECODIT project. I sometimes feel he avoids a
discussion with team members even though he might know more and better.

4.2.c. What’s the added value to the team/Agriterra?
