A. DESCRIPTION
This event must be participated by the members of the faculty and students of the
College of Education. It aims to continuously foster the unity beyond diversity between the
City of Taguig
academic institution and the students. This year’s send-off rites, grand orientation and
acquaintance party will be a one-day event.
B. OBJECTIVES
 to offer a broad range of academic opportunities leading to a career in education;

 to develop independent knowledge and skills through practical application of their
learnings;
 to strengthen College of Education student-teachers’ relation; and
 to promote camaraderie and open venues for personal and social way.
C. OUTCOME OF THE EVENT
The faculty members and students under the College of Education united as one in
celebrating camaraderie and a college of home of the champions. Students and
Teachers were fully equipped and ready to face another journey of remarkable
achievement. This event also aims to showcase that all student leaders and members
can work as one for the said College and showcase that students from College of
Education were not only intelligent but also a talented one.

D. DESCRIPTION
City of Taguig
This event must be participated by the students under the College of Education.
Each organization should choose six students to represent their majors. The program aims
to show unity and leadership within. Debate 2019 is a part of CEDekada as we celebrate the
10th year anniversary of the College of Education.
E. OBJECTIVES
 to generate effective critical thinking into primary issues;

 to compare and analyze ideas;
 to verify the evidence and facts;
 to resolve controversies or problems;
 to recognize strength and weaknesses of arguments; and
 to promote a friendly-professionalism competition.
F. OUTCOME OF THE EVENT
The students under the College of Education able to impart strong ideas and arguments
related to the given topic. They also able to give their own opinion and able to find the
strength and weaknesses of the arguments given by the two opponents. Two teams who
joined the said event shows professionalism.

CEDekada: Spelling Bee 2019

G. DESCRIPTION
City of Taguig
This event must be participated by the students under the College of Education.
Each organization should choose students to represent their majors in the said contest. The
said contest has three rounds namely; the easy, average and difficult round. The person
who got misspelled word shall be eliminate. Spelling bee contest 2019 is a part of
CEDekada as we celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the College of Education.
H. OBJECTIVES
 to widen student’s vocabulary;

 to improve student’s skills when it comes to spelling; and
 to promote a friendly competition.
I. OUTCOME OF THE EVENT
The students under the College of Education most specifically the participants from each
major pulled off the contest. They were able to showcase their intelligence when it
comes to spelling and able to create a friendly competition.

GEM 2ND Year Students for the Festival Dance
A. DESCRIPTION
City of Taguig
This program aims to showcase every talent of all year levels under the Guild of
English Majors. Each level should be participating in the said program as the Taguig City
University celebrates “Art Month” or “Buwan ng Sining.” College of Education assigned the
GEM Organization to conduct a program in which it unveils the talents of every student per
year level.
B. OBJECTIVES
 to showcase various art talents of all Guild of English Majors students;

 to have a strong bond within the organization; and
 to promote unity with all GEM Students.
C. OUTCOME OF THE EVENT
Guild of English Majors students per year level showcase talents such as speech choir,
cheer dancing, fashion runway, singing and dancing. Speech choir and cheer dancing
were assigned to first year level, fashion runway were assigned to third year level,
dancing were assigned to second year level students. The theme for fashion runway and
dancing were about the festivals of different provinces of the Philippines. The students
able to build their self-confidence and able to work as one team.
