The role will be a flexible position, helping to grow an office in Jeddah while also

working on projects in Riyadh and growing the portfolio. The brand is growing rapidly
in KSA and they are looking for an "all-round", "hands-on" Contracts Manager with
solid consultancy side commercial/contracts experience and high-end hospitality
project experience.
 
Job Description:

 Understanding of standard template FIDIC contract documentation, executed


contractual agreements, project-specific contractual rights & obligations and
commercial deliverables.
Provide advice and direction to project teams preparing bid-related strategies,
documentation and proposals.

 Liaise with the Employer Legal Department on contract-related documentation


and correspondence; assist the Legal team in the preparation of terms and
conditions for procurement-related contracts and during negotiations with
consultants and contractors in the execution of contracts; review and
comment on final draft procurement-related contracts prior to approval and
execution.

 Assist in the prequalification of consultants and the preparation of tender lists


for approval purposes

 Assist in the preparation of the scope of services and deliverables forming


part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.

 Manage the preparation of, and approve tender documentation for issue to
consultants (Scope of Services, Key Deliverables, Agreements Terms of
Payment, etc.)

 Preparation of the RFP for issue to tenderers comprising Instructions to


Tenderers, terms and conditions, fee breakdown and payment terms.
 Preparation of addenda to the RFP as necessary during the Tender period
including the incorporation of technical information and documentation.

 Prepare the Consultancy Services Agreement for issuance.

 Assist in the prequalification of contractors and the preparation of tender lists.

 Develop and advice on procurement strategies.

 Review and comment on the draft Specification prepared by the others for
Tender purposes to confirm or otherwise that the relevant parts are project
specific, the terminology used is consistent with the Conditions of Contract
and that it is complete for Tender purposes.

 Preparation of front end Tender Documents comprising Instructions to


Tenderers, Form of Tender, Conditions of Contract, etc.

 Preparation of addenda to the Tender Documents during the Tender period


including incorporating technical information and documentation provided by
others

 Evaluation of the commercial aspects of Tenders received and reporting


thereon with recommendations.
 Attendance and participation at post-Tender clarification meetings including
the preparation of supplemental Tender Reports as required.

 Provide contractual advice on any qualifications received.
