 Heat Pressed Pallets
Hemp core pallets characteristic:
• Light weight, half own weight of wooden
pallets, range from 14-17 kilos
• For the air cargo pallets weight only 7 kilos to
carry at least one tonne
• High loading capacity: static load is 4-5 tons
and dynamic load is two tonnes
• Cheap price and green biodegradable
formaldehyde emissions is E1 level
• Waterproof via use Zhonglong hemp core
special glue allow it to be used in the damp
environment
 Heat Pressing Daily Products
Green: Organic glue, cheap costs with the high
intensity; One 450 grams flower pot can load at
least 200kgs. Totally biodegradable.
Artistic: Porcelain imitation. One step pressing without
the need for polishing
Easy set up: Same machine as pallets just change mould
and the glue (Zhonglong organic glue series powders )
Loss Control Material - LCM
The hemp leakage blocking gel
• This product is made out of the
inner part of hemp and Kenaf with
chemicals
• Through chemical combination
change, thanks to the characters of
the high density fabric and the high
capacity of drying, the
environmental friendly quick
leakage gel is made for pipes of
various diameters. The product can
also be used for protecting the
drilling head by applying some
directly to the drilling liquid for oil
drilling
• This product can be widely used in
the oil exploration, and other
infrastructure such as dam building.
 Oil Absorbent
• It is already in production stage in the
Northeast China. The current production
capacity is for processing of 500 tons of
raw materials
• This product is made by taking advantage
of the characteristics of more rooms, and
strong capability of absorbing, in the
structure of kemp and kenaf
• By applying the self made reactant, under
high temperature, the water flow of the
hemp and kenaf has changed to become
hypobaric, not absorbing water
• This could be used to treat the water
pollution by absorbing the floating rubbish
on the surface of the river. Thus avoiding
the rubbish sink into the bottom of the
water after absorbing the oil in the river,
re -polluting the river
• This product is natural, with the character
of absorbing oil fast, low cost, and is a
environment friendly product, not
commonly available.
 Bio Plastic

• This is in the pipeline and is at the lab

testing stage
• It uses the fine powder of the hemp
and kenaf
• The machinery technology is quite
advanced. In developed countries,
the packaging materials for children/s
toys have to been using the
absolutely dissolvable materials.
• By comparing the degree of
dissolvability, the materials for plastic
can be classified into three groups.
• There is no much difference between
the materials for plastic and that of a
common plastic.
 Hemp Core Biocide

• There is a high degree of sugar and

nutrient content in hemp & kenaf
• Through both lab testing and in the
traditional practice, it could apply
directly to mushroom growing. It
carries good bacteria, with high
activity and high density
• It also could last long. It is also very
effective to those disease originated
from the earth, such as Panama
disease of banana. This again, is
natural, and have no medicine
residual
• By applying this, crops can have an
obvious improvement. The
machinery technology is quite
mature for this kind of product.
 Hemp & Kenaf Fibre Mats

• This project is in the stage of sample

producing
• On the fibre side, it is simple; they are
however working on the glue, which should
be water resistant for at least 4 weeks
• In 2017, there is an opportunity of selling
hemp and kenaf fibre from the plants grown
in an area as large as 2 million Mu (1 Mu =
666 square metres) of land
• The processing system of this project is
unique from the common method. This can
also be patented
• Hemp Fibre Fresh Meat Trays:
– Keeps meat fresh at least two days
longer than traditional materials in the
same preserving condition
• The products can also be used for high end
facial tissues and diapers
