• A post modern seven-storied building located at Putalisadak.
• total area of 120,000 sq. Ft
• Constructed almost 10 years ago. Designed by Cage architectural firm .
• Designed as a diverse and exclusive collection of stores currently only
comprised of mostly education consultancies
• Has three-screen cinema halls but not completed
• Two levels of basement parking but poorly managed
• Two-atriums(larger triangular and smaller elliptical)

 UNITED WORLD TRADE CENTER
Tripureswor, Nepal
• One of the largest and oldest commercial complex of the country. Covering an area of 12 ropanies .
• Located at Tripureswor, right opposite to the Dashrath stadium.
• Designed by Ar. Bishnu Panthi .
• One can see the combination of concrete , metal and glass. Also green facades,
never ending rows of glazed glass, use of skylight at the atrium FOOD
• The big screen in the front facade of the building has been its main attraction COURT

Also the panaromic lift , kids' zone , fountain , semi-circular staircase RETAIL
add to its attraction.
• The five-storeyed building includes wide range of services and facilities.  PARC CENTRAL
• No doubt this is one of the most loved commercial complex in Kathmandu COMMUNITY GUANGZHOU, CHINA

• A lot renovation needs to done in the building for its betterment. • The vision for Parc Central was to form the focal point of this initiative and
create a new ‘Central Park’ along the major Tianhe Road thoroughfare which

dissects the city.
• The architecture references the ‘Double fish’ in the form of a steel

monocoque roof structure.
• It has become a place to socialize, rest and relax; a ‘Place to breathe’ within
the city centre.
• Seamlessly connected above and below ground, Parc Central will be
accessible via China’s metro system and bus network and is linked by
overhead footbridges to the district’s neighbouring developments.
• The monocoque roof canopies are supported by
tree-like columns beneath which sit a series of PARQUE TOREO

• Master plan conceived as “a great park,” an urban space that comprehensively unites different uses.
• Designed to keep the user in the center circulating around fountains trees and public spaces which
also helps keeping balance in the atmosphere
• Overall buildings consist of six levels of parking
• The transfer area located between the floor occupied by shops and ground floor of the office acts as
transfer space. houses a business club with attractive spaces such as exhibitions, cultural events,
training halls, an auditorium, etc.
