Executive Summary
Why is the name Maulana An Nur restaurant, the first because the name is a Muslim-inspired name, so
people know that our restaurant is a Muslim restaurant, and the second name is part of my name, by
putting my name in the restaurant name, can add my passion is to build a restaurant to stay successful and
have many customers.
B. Concept my restaurant
Concept my restaurant is casual dining restorant and the menu is halal food because muslim retaurant.
C. Opening date
The restaurant will open on September 21, 2020 because it's my birthday so hopefully I can make my
restaurant a success.
D. Target Guest
The restaurant targets guests especially Muslims because this restaurant is halal food, but will not reject
non-Muslim guests if anyone wants to visit our restaurant.
The restaurant is located in the Geylang Serai area because that place is a place to shop at the same time.
The area is a lot of Muslims, so many people will visit that place and Muslims will look for a halal food
restaurant like our restaurant.
1. Make brochures, banners or pamphlets that contain any food menu that we sell and then distribute it
in a place that is crowded with people
2. Making advertisements in the internet world, namely social media such as instructors, Facebook and
Twitter which are widely accessed by the public.
3. Mounth to Mounth is a promotion through the guests who have come and felt our restaurant service,
and if they feel satisfied they will spread the news and invite to come to our restaurant.

Our restaurant will provide services to guests with excellent service with the love and number one for our
guests. Our restaurant also has a variety of food and beverage prices that are quite diverse but will still be
friendly in the bag and not expensive.
