Provision for 8 posts of Class –IV employees exists in the approved PC-I of the ADP
Scheme No 1446(160647) “Construction of Siran Right Bank Canal District Mansehra”. The Project
Directorate Office has been established in the premises of Hazara Irrigation Division Colony Abbottabad.
Now due to the non-availability of class-IV staff, official business of the Directorate is being suffered.
Initially in order to ensure security & smooth working of Directorate Office, posts of 02 No
Chowkidars, 01 No Niab Qasid & one post of Sweeper are required to be filled up through appointment
under daily wages basis.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF DSC HELD ___/01/2017.

The DSC meeting was held on 18/01/2017 under the chairmanship of Project Director, Siran Right
Bank Canal Project for the appointment of daily wages staff (02 No Chowkidars, 01 Niab Qasid & 01 No
Sweeper) in the Project Directorate Office Abbottabad. The following attended the meeting:

After security of the received applications, 07 candidates were called for interview. Interviews were
taken by the DSC notified vide Project Director Siran Right Bank Canal Project, office order
No 91 /PD/SIRAN /17/2-E, dated 17/1/2017.
On the basis of the interviews conducted by the committee, the following candidates fulfilling the
Fitness cum Age criteria were recommended for the posts mentioned against each for appointment purely
on daily wages basis @ Rs 400/- per day till the arrival/appointment of project staff:

Subject:- APPOINTMENT AS CHOWKIDAR ON DAILY WAGES BASIS

As recommended by the Selection Committee in the meeting held on ___/___/2017 and

under Para-9 of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Policy for appointment of the project staff
circulated vide SOR-VI/E&AD/1-25/2007, dated 02/07/2008, you are hereby offered subject noted post on
daily wages basis @ Rs 400/- per day in the Project Directorate Abbottabad of “Siran Right Bank Canal
Project District Mansehra” with the following terms and conditions;

1. You will have no right for the regularization.

2. Your services can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
3. Your services are purely temporary, exclusively for the said Project and shall stand
terminated on the completion o the project.
4. This appointment is valid for a period of SIX Months which is extendable subject to the
previous period satisfactory performance.
5. You will have no right of adjustment against the regular posts
6. Your services shall not be treated as a civil servant.
7. You are not entitled for facilities allowed for a civil servant.
8. You shall not be entitled to pension or C.P.fund etc.
9. Your pay will be started from the actual date of your arrival.
10. You will have to give an undertaking to the effect that you will be held responsible for the
losses that accrued on your part to the project during your service period.
If you accept this offer on the above conditions you should report to the Project Directorate
Office Abbottabad within a week’s time positively from the date of issue of this order. You will have to
submit joining report within 15 days of the issue of this offer, failing which the offer will be extended to next
candidate on the merit list.
