Terms & Conditions :

1. Delivery within 2 weeks after P.O. & Advance payment Ex Wada works and Panel to be dispatched
as per our schedule given.
2. Short/Excess quantity shall be accepted by us on prior consent taken.
3. We reserve the rights to reject the material for not confirming to our specification
4. Goods rejected should be removed from premises within 7 days at the supplier cost or risk.
5. Kindly mention our purchase order number on all the documents. Without purchase order number,
the bill will not be accepted.
6. We reserve the rights to cancel purchase order if not executed within specified time or reason.
7. GST extra as applicable. Currently it is @ 18 %.
8. Freight & Insurance are included.
9. Payment terms: Advance 30 % with PO and 40 % against Proforma Invoice prior to delivery and
balance 30% after 15 days from successfully Installation/running.
10. Equipment drawing in AutoCAD & PDF to be submitted for approval.
11. Consignment must accompany copy of invoice, certificate of analysis, E Way Bill etc.
12. Material should carry label with batch number, manufacturing date & retest date.
13. Guarantee - 18 Month free repair & service for manufacturing defect and free replacement of
parts of Kohinoor Metal Fabricators manufacturing defect.
14. Trial & Inspection with dry run at Kohinoor Metal Fabricators with FAT.
15. Packing - Machine shall be wrapped with stretch film all over with required cushioning for sensitive
parts. Wooden packing charges included.
16. Commissioning - Commissioning charge included.
17. Installation Kohinoor Metal Fabricators shall give the installation & commissioning manual, circuit
diagram, Operation and Maintenance manuals before the dispatch (2 sets).
18. Documentation - ALL GMP DOCUMENTATION LIKE DQ, FAT , IQ ,OQ& PQ, OPERATION &
MAINTENANCE Manual , GA DRAWING etc. as per your requirement shall be provided along with
the delivery of machine in 2 sets + 1 soft copy.
19. Vehicle carrying material should comply with RTO & motor vehicle act.

ANNEXURE – I

(A)FEATURES OF HOSIT
Hoisting Unit

• Sturdy and rugged construction, totally enclosed, Splash lubricated oil bath, helical gear box
type base mounted , four fall wirerope hoist is a standard feature of “KOHINOOR” cage
hoist .
• Solid pinions running on ball bearings ensures Efficient and smooth operation.
• Four fall wirerope design keeps the cage movement constantly in centerthrough out the
track and avoids jerks on sings in movement.
• Gears and pinion shall have 250 to 300 BHN hardness.

Lift crane

• Balance design, with one or two collapsible gate of adequate size,

• M.S. fabricated lift cage is designed to lift desired load without any distortion in normal use.
• Heavy duty construction takes care of frequent rough usage of lift as well.
• All the load bearing members are so placed that the cage will not to try to shift even the load
is not placed in balance condition and load distribution in all members are properly
maintainded.

Main Entrance Frame

• Each Lending Will provided with main entrance frame incorporating one collapsible gate with
elctro mechanical door lock assemble and push button station.
• The door lock assemble works as safety feature whilelift in operation and also ensures level
parking of lift cage at each lending.
Cage Guide Track
• Special Machined “T” Sections are used as cage guide tracks or ISMC also be used in low
height area
• Guides are provide on cage.
• Lubrication is used to reduce the friction, wear and tear between Track and Guide.

Control Circuit
• Totally Interlocked electrical circuit with up and down motion as well as limit switches for floor
and door lock ensure saetyaginst two simultaneous operationat the time.
• “T” track and guide shoe CI Body , Guide sheo assembly slide over “T” track give smoothe and
jerk free operation in load and unload condition.
• The special swivelling feature of guide she take care of slight misalignment of track.
• Limit Switches for all floor level control, for up and down motion and highest and lowest
cage position shall be provided.
• Beside this one additional Gravity type Limit switch will also be provided at top hook
position to avoid accident.

• The Door lock is provided with limit switch which prevents lift operation in case any main
entrance door remain open.
