    Subject: APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION IN SIS.

    Sir,

    With due respect, under the subject cited above, it is stated that I am working as E.S.T

    (Math) in Govt. High School 89/F Hasilpur. I need a correction in SIS. In SIS cell “Posted as”

    it is written as “ESE” whereas it is needed to be corrected as “EST Math”. It is therefore

    creating a problem for me and my school as well. Further, my name is spelled as “Manzoor

    Ahmed” in SIS whereas it needed to be corrected as “Manzoor Ahmad”. I request to you to

    please make changes accordingly.

    attached to the application.
