Dear respected sir,

It is stated that, there is real shortage of teaching staff in Govt. High School Mohlanwal
Lahore. In current year 2019 from this school ten (10) teachers and principal was transferred.
So presently 11 vacant post are there in this school.

Currently, we have only 18 teachers for twenty (20) sections of classes. Class In-charge
and student ratio wise there is pressing need of competent teachers. Already most of the
teachers have 7 or 8 periods. This school has enrolled more than 1100 students in recent years
but due to instability of teaching staff, strength of students is reducing because quality
education was not possible in such circumstances. Education at all levels has suffered badly.
Maintenance of Discipline of school is also very difficult because all present staff members
have 7 or 8 periods. Situation becomes more disturbing when even a single teacher have
emergency at his home. As you well aware that there are many others tasks have to perform by
the teacher other than teaching. Which take precious time of students.

For couple of years there is no math teachers especially for matric classes. Due to this
deficiency our school result suffered badly and it put very bad impression on school overall
result. We strongly requesting to you that please give a competent math teacher so that we can
teach other subject more efficiently. As you are well conscious that the coming months of
august to February are very crucial for education to school internal and external exams.

In order to professionally distribute and fulfill work requirements we are in need of


about in our school. I request you to kindly, judge this application as soon as possible and make
sure the recruitment of staff members in this school on precedence basis. Short summary of
