JOCELYN M. FIGURACION
Fatima St., Duljo, Cebu City

Dear Ms. Figuracion,

This is the third collection letter demandingTextyou to pay the amount of THREE HUNDRED
SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P370,000.00) to our client JUVELYN P. REYES. The first and
second collection letters were previously sent on 25 July 2018 and 10 September 2018,
respectively.

You secured the above indebtedness by issuing two (2) checks which were dishonored by
the bank due to insufficiency of funds (i.e. account closed). Please find attached copy of the
Check Nos. 505052 and 505054 dated May 30, 2018 and June 30, 2018, respectively.

You have been notified by the dishonor of the above checks in the two previous collection
letters sent to you, however, you still failed to fund your account or make any arrangements
to settle the above amount.

Please be informed that our client Ms. Reyes has manifested her intent on filing criminal
charges pursuant to Batas Pambansa (BP) 22 or otherwise referred to as the “Bouncing
Checks Law” due to your blatant disregard to settle your obligations.

We suggest that you communicate directly to Ms. Reyes and in so doing the filing of charges
may be deterred and a more amicable settlement of the obligation is reached. You may also
contact the undersigned at 09176280800 or (032) 3839320.

Again, we request that you give this matter your utmost attention. Thank you very much.

Very truly yours,

ATTY. RACHELLE BILLONES

JUVELYN P. REYES
