you described or narrated below with in FIVE (5) DAYS from the date that this Notice was serve upon you.

Also please attend the conference to be held on October 14, 2021 via Goggle Meet at 01:00 pm as this
will give you additional opportunity to verbally explain you side and present your witness and other evidence
regarding the said Stealing or misappropriating property of the company.

You have the right to be represented by the any counsel or person of your choice.

In the event that you are found guilty of the said charge(s), the company may terminate you from
employment and /or impose other appropriate penalties.

Noong October 07, 2021 ang isa sa Board Member ng aming kumpanyang Budget N Tipid Corp. na si
Mr. Xiang Yan ay nag message sa akin sa messenger para ipakita ang Purchase by Vendor Summary ng
Quickbook ng Presyong Divisoria Bauan doon ay napag-alaman na may nagbago sa bilang ng Delivery na may
ref. no. 300505 delivered noong 06/29/21 pinalitan ng bilang ang Item na MWM-700 na noong huling cut off
noong June 2021 ay dalawa ang nakalagay at naging isa at sa mga sumunod na pagsisiyasat ay hindi lang pala
isang beses ito ginawa dahil may nakita pang isa si Mr. Yan sa Delivery Date na 06/10/21 na may Ref. no.
300502 isang Item na S-DD3648 Double Deck Ivory 36x48x75 ay nabura sa listahan ng mga delivery at
napag-alaman na sa buwan ng June at July ay may nawalang amount na 26,274 sa kadahilanang may nagbago
o nagbura sa mga bilang ng mga item sa Delivery. Kinabukasan October 08, 2021 napag alaman ko na
nagsimulang manipulahin o burahin ang mga bilang sa buwan ng June dahil walang nagbago sa mga total ng
delivery noong buwan ng May at napag alaman ko din na mula January hanggang July na delivery ay may
hindi tugmang mga total indikasyon na ito ay sinadyang bawasan ang bilang o binura ang mga bilang.
Kinausap ko din ang authorized na nag-update ng mga delivery receipt dito sa opisina ng Ibaan na si Ms. Diana
Rose Delgado at sinabi niya na wala siyang ginawang pagbabago sa mga dati niyang update ng delivery sa
Quickbook. Nakasaad sa report na ito ang mga detalye ng pagbabago noong huling cut-off at noong nakaraang
buwan na cut-off.
