1. Purpose ‫ هــدف‬.1

4. HSE Requirements ‫ بهداشت و محیط زیست‬،‫ الزامات ایمنی‬.4

4.1. Vendor shall have a documented HSE policy ‫ بهداشت و محیط‬،‫ سازنده می بایست یک خط مشی ایمنی‬1-4

5.3. Vendor's safety representative is responsible
for purchaser’s personnel HSE aspects.
5.4. Vendor should not tolerate any undesirable
performance and in case of deviation of HSE
regulations, fabrication may be stopped till
corrective and preventive
executed.
5.5. In case of sub-contract the purchased items to
the sub-vendors in part or whole, the primary
vendor is responsible to ensure that all
concerning personnel have been informed and
or trained for all HSE requirements and
respective instructions.
5.6. Under any circumstances vendor shall not
assign any work to the personnel who have
not been well trained for doing the work safely
and effectively.
5.7. Vendor is responsible to make available any
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is
required for performing the job.
5.8. Vendor is responsible to take on time first aid
actions against any accident which occurred
for purchaser
visitors/representatives
inspectors when they are in the vendor's
premises and immediately report to the

6.3. to specify insecure areas and situations
Insecure situations such as risk of falling
objects or environmental
respiratory, incendiary or explosive materials,
falling from a height and etc. shall be notified
to representatives and visitors. If they are
inevitable to be in these situations therefore
they shall be instructed and equipped with
safety tools and devices.
6.4. Safety training proportionate to kind of
visits
Following safety instructions and training shall
be considered as a minimum during the visits
however based on risks and threats, safety
trainings can be different.
- Instructions for emergency situations
Since a wrong performance in the events may
cause a disasters and tragic events and on the
other hands a suitable performance can prevent
and control any catastrophic events hence
instructions for emergency situations shall be
trained to the visitors.
- To specify exit routes and alarm
If an event like fire, leaking toxic gases and something
like that occurs, the best action is to get away from
event and fast evacuation for establishment of
reinforcement troops. Therefore, warning and alarm
bells for emergency situations and exit routs shall be
notified to the visitor.

If safety tools and equipments be used properly,
are efficient and depend on type of visits and
probable hazards, are
equipments are inclusive of personal protective
equipment & tools such as breathing mask,
shoes, safety hat and clothes or general items
such as fire fighting capsules. Therefore, visitors
shall be trained before entering to hazardous
areas.
- The ways to prevent heat-stroke or frostbite
Visitors that ought to be in places with high or low
temperature, for a long time, shall be trained for
prevention of heat stroke or frostbite.
- To Provide Personnel Protective
Equipments(PPE) And Safety Tools
All Personnel Protective Equipments(PPE) and
safety tools and equipments should have at least
below specifications:
