1.0 OPENING
Mr. X called the meeting to order and explained about the purpose of Info
HSE Management Review meeting.

2.0 SAFETY MOMENTS

Topics: Warehouse safety, earphone usage during working & ladder Info
safety.

3.0 REVIEW OF HSE POLICY

3.1. Recite HSE Policy by meeting members. Info.
3.2. Mr. X briefed the the policy & reminded all members on their All
responsibility to implement it. The same principles went to the
entire workforce in “ORGANISATION”.
3.2. Mr. Y shared his concerned on the communication of HSE Mr. X
Policy to all employees and proposed to have HSE Policy
stickers for all employees.

4.0 REVIEW OF YEAR 2008 HSE OBJECTIVES & TARGETS

4.1. Mr. C H briefed the status of HSE Objectives & Target – Refer Info
to Appendix 1 for details.
4.2. Mr. Y urged all HOD’s to stay focus on preventing incident in All
the workplace.
4.3. Pertaining to the number of employees that had been trained
with discovery skill, HSE is requested to review the following
issues:
4.3.1. To ensure that all Plant personnel are train with Mr. B
Discovery process by early of January ’09.

6.0 HSE PERFORMANCE

11.1. Mr. Y requested to provide the details record of HSE & QIP Azlina / All
training so that the Department Managers are able to monitor

 & review their staff training need.
11.2. Mr. X mentioned that as when required, HSE will updating Info
Training if additional training is required by HSE Legal & Other
Requirements.

12.0 OTHER MATTERS

12.1. Mr. X mentioned 2 important dates related to ISO 14001 & All
OHSAS 18001 certification program -
12.1.1. Initial Visit & Document Review by DNV - 9 & 10
October 2008
12.1.2. Initial Audit by DNV - 3–6
November 2008
All HODs shall ensure that their workforces are ready & aware
with the certification.
As there was no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 12.30
p.m.
