2.A STROKE 2.B LENGTH
POSITION OF STROKE
1. The result of the back and forth motion of the
machine arm / chisel is obtained from a motor
1. Loosen or tighten the arm ties that is connected to the stratified wheels
first. This serves to later adjust through a belt
2. From the tiered wheel, the rotation is passed to
the tool position lever the intermediate gear and connected to the
large crank drive gear
2. After loosening or closing the
3. The gears grooved and mounted a crank
armrest, adjust the position through the tap
4. If the gears rotate, the eccentric rotating tap
lever accordingly to adjust the crank produces the back and forth motion of
position of the tool as the arm.
5. The position of the tap can be shifted so that
expected the eccentric length changes and also means
the step length changes
3.A SHAPING MACHINE
1. Prepare the tool and the workpiece and wear your safety
2. Install the workpiece at the shaping machine and lock them with chuck key
3. Set the cutting tool
4. mark the workpiece 1,5mm from the tip
5. Adjust the height of the table and length of stroke depend of the workpiece that will be reduced
6. Turn on the shaping machine and choose the speed of the machine
7. Let the tool cut the workpiece slowly until it reached 55mm of length
8. After reached 55mm of length, release the workpiece and change the position with a 90 deegre
angle
9. Lock it with chuck key
10. Cut the height and width for 2mm depth with the same proces from no 1 to 6, until it reach HxW
= 10mm
11. Change the cutting tool with the new one which has 45 deegre angle and 2mm depth of taper
12. Release the workpiece
13. Clean the area
3.B MANUAL CUTTING
1. Prepar the grinder and the workpiece and wear a gloves
2. Mark the workpiece 15mm from the tip
3. Prop the tool with feet or clamp
4. Set the grinder and choose the disc blade
5. Turn on the grinder and start the process
6. After the length reach 55mm, turn the workpiece 90 deegre angle on x axis
7. Cut the height and width for 2mm depth with the same proces from no 1 to 6, until it
reach HxW = 10mm
8. Mark the center of the workpiece with V shape with the 1.6mm of pedestal, 2mm of
depth, 2.17 of slope, and 45 deegre of peak angle
9. Cut it with the grinder
10. Clean the area
