This document shown recommended conditions for maintaining stable operation (discharge / conveyance) in Tiger-1800B series.
If not used under these conditions, nozzle missing and flight deflection must be occurred and stable production is not possible.

3.Function
Color bar
In order to prevent ejection failure due to drying of nozzles not in use, ejecting ink from all nozzles outside the image data.
Print data
※ Color bar is a particularly important function of ejection stability. Please use with recommended conditions.
※ When using MAPS, setting on Qprint is mandatory. (the case of Mk2)
⇒ If the color bar is included in the print data, it is also thinned out at the boundary of the pass by the effect of MAPS.
This promotes nozzle missing (drying of ink) at both ends of the head.

Auto Cleaning
In order to prevent defect due to nozzle surface drying and ink mist adhesion ※ during continuous printing,
cleaning is performed automatically on a regular basis.
※ Inkjet printers are caused not a few ink mist due to their configuration.
Belt cleaning
To remove ink passing through the fabric and the dust of the paper, wash the belt surface with a rotating brush and squeegee.
