Electrodes, wire or shielded gas used in the pipeline welding shall be
maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer

instructions.

2 All the welding equipment are used under good and safe conditions.
3 Electrodes baked for two times shall not be used in the site welding.
4 All the welders shall have the qualified welding certificates and
appearance in accordance with the approved welding procedures.

Internal line up clamp shall be removed after the first root pass
finished; Outer line up clamp shall be removed after 50% of root

pass completed.

6 It shall not be welded without protective measure in bad weather

conditions.

7 The completed weld shall be marked as per the specifications and

the marked position and content shall be as per the specifications.

8 The repair welding shall be performed as per the specifications. The

welder shall be qualified.
