GYMNASTS’ The changes of the Apparatus Norms for the Hand Apparatus valid for
HAND APPARATUS Apparatus Manufacturers and Gymnasts enter into force from 01 January 2021.

The list of the RG Hand Apparatus with valid certificates is published on the FIG
website and updated regularly. Make sure that your gymnasts use only FIG
certified Hand Apparatus for this event and for any other FIG recognized
competitions, as they will not be allowed to compete with an Apparatus which
does not comply with the norms.

Random checks on the FIG and Manufacturers’ Logos will be carried out
at any time during the Event.

AGE Senior: Gymnasts born in the year 2005 and earlier
All gymnasts must have a valid FIG licence until the end of the event

JUDGES All judges must have a valid FIG brevet in the respective discipline (RGI
and/or RGG).
COMPETITIONS The President of the Superior Jury will be: Nuria Castaño Fernández
HEAD JUDGE Cat II in RGI, Cat II in RGG

ACCREDITATIONS Accreditations will be delivered to the delegations after arrival at hotel.
The head of delegation should present:
> The passports of all members
> Health insurance for all members
> License FIG of each gymnast.
> A copy in CD of the music of each exercise.

FORMAT Individual classification All-around. Individual Senior.


All gymnasts must compete with four apparatus (hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon)

MEDICAL The Organizing Committee will provide medical attention during training and
SERVICES competition

COVID 19 Besides the medical guidelines for the particular event, FIG also requires all the
participants to follow the standard precautions.
The FIG requires all participants, judges and officials to take standard
precautionary measures, such as frequent hand-washing, wearing masks or
face coverings at all times and keeping a physical distance of at least 1.5 metres
whenever possible.
The only situation in which the safety distance does not have to be respected is
when a coach provides assistance (catch, lead, spotting) during an athlete’s
performance. This phase must be kept as short as possible and the assisting
person is obliged to wear a mask throughout.
Gymnasts do not need to wear a mask or face covering while they are
performing at the training venue or on the FOP and keeping a physical distance
of at least 1.5 metres whenever possible.
VISA The Delegations should inquire about whether they need a visa to travel to Spain
from their countries.
The Organizing Committee will be pleased to provide each Delegation with an
official invitation letter, as long as you have sent them before of September 1th,
2021.
In the application form should include the position, full name, gender, date of
birth, nationality and passport number, address, dates of arrival and departure
of the members of the delegation and the city where the letter should be sent.

INSURANCE The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any
liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like.
The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are
responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid
insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the
members of their Delegation.
The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g.
cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with
insufficient insurance cover must inform the LOC in advance.

In such cases, the Organizing Committee will provide an insurance option to the
Federations.

INTERNATIONAL The Organizing Committee will offer to the members of delegations free service
TRANSPORT of transport from / to Malaga Airport or to Maria Zambrano Station, as well as
from the oficial hotel to sede of the competition (and vice versa).
The Transport Sheet must be sent to the Organizing Committee before 25th of
September 2021.
LOCAL The Organizing Committee will offer to the participants free transport from the
TRANSPORT official hotel to the site of the competition (and vice versa).

ACCOMMODATION The Organizing Committee shall bear the costs of accommodations of the
Gymnasts ranked from the 1st to the 12th place on the Ranking list or the
national champion of the following countries :

Austria, Azerbaïdjan, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, South Korea, Estonia, France,


Georgia, Hungary, Israël, Italy, Japan, Uzbekistan, Czech Repu, Romania,
Russia, Slovénia, Ukrania, Usa, Latvia.

Additional person and additional night are subject to extra charges:

Double room - 100€ full board accomodation.


Triple room - 90€ full board accomodation.
Individual room - 125€ full board accomodation.

Reservations have to be made through the Organizing Committee.


The extra cost may be paid on arrival to the hotel at the reception desk or in
advance by means of bank transfer.
MEALS The Organizing Committee will cover the meal expenses of all the participants
during the days of the official competition.

CLOSING DINNER The attendance at the Closing Dinner will be free for members of delegations

PRIZE MONEY The prize money will be exempt from tax obligations. It will be distributed as
follows among the gymnasts who compete in the senior category.

MEDIA Journalist accreditation must be requested from the Organizing Committee
through the email provided (infograndprixmarbella@gmail.com). At the time of
the request, the quality of journalist must be demonstrated.
