Visayas State University is such a dream school of mine among other universities and colleges

here in Leyte. It has been the by word of every students in our locality to enroll and be part of
university as it offer quality education and strengthen students skills and abilities. With the school
vision, mission, goals and objectives you can truly visualize how dedicated and powerful they are as
an institution. The VMGO would definitely be a great foundation for me to gain knowledge and new
understandings, to be more equipped of what the future may offer, to be bold and fearless student
and to be more globally competent.
The school vision for learning would serve as a foundation for success and tell a story about
change. We students of VSU have also something we want to achieve in our lives that’s why we chose
the best university that can offer us the best education that would also help us obtain those dream
and desires. For me in order to achieve what I want in my life, first I need to gain knowledge and be
open for new understanding. Everything in existence is built on the foundation of knowledge. The key
to unlocking doors that would otherwise be locked is knowledge. And I think I am in a right place to
back up myself with knowledge as they provide excellent instruction. An instruction that would help
me in my study to learn and to grow more as a student and a citizen of the country.
We students are the potentials of the nation and future of the next generation in that we should
acquire change and be ready of what the future expected us to be. As they’re foster community
engagement that produce highly competent graduates, it’s a key for me to be able to know my
purpose and responsibility as citizen and component of the country and hopefully spark change in the
society, so that I can proudly say “ we’re the agent of change of Visayas State University”.
Apart from those, it is truly expected at the end of every school year that university would
definitely produce a globally competent students. With their core values and objectives it is
undeniable, a bold and fearless graduates is their product. I do hope I will utilize and waste no time in
learning and studying here in one of most prestigious university in the country. As it is a powerful tool
and passport of mine to have a stable job and wonderful career in the future.
To sum up, the Visayas State University VMGO is a great background for my study and this would
allow me to thrive in a more diverse interconnected world and to be a purposeful person with the
knowledge I can share and impact others and be a heart of a Filipino, and most importantly be a
future of a country that lies on me. I know I am taking the right path of success since I have my VSU
family with me. I can proudly say I am a Viscan.
