Other Terms & conditions:
A. The subscriber has to recharge with Plan voucher after every “plan/recharge validity” period or any applicable
recharge to avail the benefits under this tariff plan. In case of recharge with applicable STV/Combo voucher, the
validity of tariffs plan will be extended corresponding to validity of that STV/Combo voucher. In case of non-
recharge with plan voucher or any applicable recharge at the end of validity period, BSNL reserves the right to
provide the plan benefits in a curtailed manner during the grace period with GP-I of 7 days and GP-II of 165 days. In
case this recharge condition is not met, post the grace period, the services will be suspended. Validity extension of
30 days on the last day of GP-1, Rs19/- will be deducted from main balance on the last day of GP-1 and revert the
connection in ACTIVE state for 30 days in the same plan without any freebies w.e.f 13.01.2020.Customers are
allowed to recharge STVs/combo vouchers of MRP Rs.49 and above during GP-I & GP-II period and make the
customers in active status under base plan with validity of the recharged STVs/Combo vouchers for all plans
(Corporate & circle specific) of retail customers
B. The voice/SMS benefits under the plan voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, IN
numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs
for the same.
C. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.

b. Validity of C-TopUp SIMs in 3012 class shall be increased by Rs. 37 Voucher by keeping their service class same.
No voucher is required for increasing the validity of C-TopUp SIMs in class 3056.
c. As per TRAI regulations every SMS beyond one hundred SMS per SIM per day shall be charged @ minimum
50p/SMS.
d. Base Service class for Data Plan vouchers are 3021, however any class can use these voucher, but cannot be out
before 365 days. Base Voice Tariff Plan is “Per minute plan”.

a) The reduced call rate is only for first 60 days.
b) The reduced tariff for first 60 days with PV (per second and per minute corporate plans) is applicable for
new customers only. The reduced tariff offer will not be extended for subsequent recharge i.e. migration

T. Launch of Welcome offer of free 350 MB data (to be used in first 30 days) for each new connection including
MNP port in customers, w.e.f 14.07.2018 on regular basis.under prepaid mobile services.
Scheme will be applicable for all pre-paid plans. Plans, wherein less than 350 MB free data is being given, shall
be offered additional freebies in the above scheme to make the total freebies equal to 350 MB data. However, if
any plan offers free data more than 350 MB, they will continue to get the same freebies without any change.
U. Free incoming voice call facility while in National Roaming has been regularized.

Promotional Offers

1. Promotional offer on SIM charges extended for 90 days w.e.f 05.07.2021of 2G/3G/4GSIM shall be given
FREE to the customers on new activations through FRC of MRP more than 100/- for all sales channels i.e
Franchisee/Retailers/CSC in all SSAs during the scheme period. However SIM cost for new activations through
FRC of MRP less than 100/- will be Rs10/- & Rs20/- per SIM for 2G/3G & 4G USIM respectively and “free up-
gradation/swap/replacement of 3G/2G SIMs by 4G SIMs in the areas/SSAs/part of SSAs where 4G network is
being rolled out” w.e.f 01.07.2020 till 31.03.2021
